Accessibility statement

What we aim for

The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means:

• text and buttons have enough colour contrast to read easily
• every page has one main heading and a logical heading order
• you can reach everything with a keyboard, and you can always see where you are
• images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
• form fields have visible labels, useful error messages and support autofill
• buttons and links are big enough to tap
• the site respects your device’s reduced-motion setting and works when zoomed to 400%

Known limitations

• Links to Racing Post, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok take you to other websites that we don’t control.
• Some older photographs have limited descriptions. We’re improving these.
