Terms and conditions

Online consultations

Consultations are booked on request. Jo confirms each booking by email with a secure payment link.

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the consultation can be moved or refunded. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours generally can’t be refunded, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Consultations give practical guidance based on Jo’s experience. They aren’t veterinary advice, and results can’t be guaranteed.
