How we use the information you send us through this website.
Before launch: this is a draft for Jo to check. Confirm how long enquiries are kept, add anything else Jo Davis Racing does with personal data (for example syndicate records or payments), and move the photos onto the new hosting (they currently load from Wix). Then delete this box.

What we collect
When you send a share enquiry, a consultation booking request or a message, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us. We use them only to reply to you and, for bookings, to arrange your consultation and payment.
How your details are handled
Form details are emailed to us through our website host and kept in our email account. We keep them only as long as we need to deal with your enquiry, unless you become an owner or client. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to display them.
Other websites
Links to Racing Post, Timeform, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jo@jodavisracing.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
